In Rome, the capital of Italy, is historically known as "City of Seven Hills. According to Roman mythology, the seven hills of Rome were the first Cermalus, Cispius, Fagutal, Oppius, Palatium, Sucusa and Velia. But now the modern city "of Seven Hills" includes Myrtle, Flower, Clock Tower, Jackson, Lumpkin and Old Shorter and Aventine hills.
Initially, all seven hills were occupied by various small village and not grouped or recognized as a city called Rome.
