Rachel is the Marketing Director, Hubbell Realty Company and its 20 divisions, including Hubbell Homes, Hubbell Property Management, CB Richard Ellis / Hubbell commercial Hubbell Hubbell Building and Retail Operations. Rachel was appointed to the Register of Business 40 Under 40 list in 2007.
"A year ago, we were having problems creating interest in the greenway, "says Rachel Flint, Marketing. There is significant competition in the category of townhomes in Des Moines and Greenway Crossing "was not even a blip" in the search term reports for the site Hubbell Homes "Web".
While working with the Group Two Advertising, Hubbell created a new kind of marketing campaign using social media, specifically targeted at young buyers home for the first time. As a result, site traffic rose 36 percent and four sales were credited to the unique marketing program.
