K-Lite Mega Codec Pack is a piece of software that deserves one of the best spots in my rankings.
I've been looking for a long time for the combination of codecs that meets all my needs and I finally found the solution in this excellent package.
K-Lite also is available in smaller packages, but it includes almost everything you need to see all your favorite videos. Best thing is that there are plenty of things needed for video editing is also included in this package. Media Media Player Classic, as part of Mega Codec Pack is excellent and the replacement player can run on slower machines and is fully compatible with all codecs in the package.
