Your new laptop case comes in all shapes and sizes. Perhaps my favorite is the computer briefcase. I looked far to find a case that was lightweight and strong for my team. I found a molded resin case that weighed less than two pounds. It was great, because it contained my laptop, food and other things and was less than ten pounds. Believe me, if you go to work like it used to ten pounds is the absolute maximum that comfortably support the wrist. As I said before, I used to go to work. Era two hours each way to grind and had a lot of downtime. When not sleeping on the train, the bag was double duty as a table for my notebook or very often a table for breakfast that I purchased in the cafeteria of the station. Yes, a portfolio can be a traveler's best friend. If you are buying a case just to store the computer in your home, you have different needs.
Manufacturers make laptops boxes in all different shapes and sizes. For those of us who need to carry a lot of things when traveling, a case with wheels may be appropriate. Wheeled cases are a convenience "super" because their arms are not always carry the weight of the load. If you have a portfolio heavy fingers get tired quickly and shoulders begin to ache. You look for places to constantly bring this case as often as possible. Having wheels on the case will help enormously. You can thank me later for this advice. My case was so heavy that developed the strongest fingers on the planet carrying around.
The weight of the equipment also plays a role in this. Large multimedia laptops can weigh nearly ten pounds or more, with their accessories. Add the weight of the bag to the equation and you could be in trouble. Although it does not sound like much, nobody wants to carry around fifteen pounds of equipment and bag all day. Trust me, shoulders and neck do not like you if you go this route. Of all the things to consider when looking at laptop computer cases, weight for me are always high on the list. If I can not carry it, the case is useless to me, no matter what nice it looks or how well it protects my laptop.
