Well, I have finally decided to get it. A few days ago, finally made the difficult decision to buy the Nintendo Wii Fit Bundle. Okay I admit, is not true that difficult because I got a real bargain. When I received the package in the mail, I could not contain my excitement. After all, the Wii Fit is Nintendo's games and innovative training machine on the market today!
What's In The Nintendo Wii Fit Bundle?
As I unpack my package Nintendo Wii Fit with anxiety, I realize that there are a number of items included. It is the game of Nintendo Wii console (which also have also purchased the package) Wii Fit Balance Board and a peripheral of accessories such as the console stand, remote control of the game console, nunchuck, power adapter and AV cables. Included with the balance board is a software disk containing activities or exercises such as yoga, body balance, muscle building and aerobic exercise and routines. My game console Wii also came with 5 Wii Sports games for tennis, bowling, baseball, golf and boxing.
Now, you play the Wii console before you can use Wii Fit. When I was planning my first purchase, I realized that there were many packages selling prices rock bottom around the web. But beware, most of them do not include the Wii game console! You're just paying for the package. In the end, you may end up paying more if purchased separately. If you do not have the Wii game console, the cheapest Wii Fit will track system as retailers tend to package with the package at a price more attractive.
My experience training in the Nintendo Wii Fit
After configuring the Wii Fit system, I started working out with a heart rate monitor strapped to the wrist. It took a while for me to get used to the navigation menu but, frankly, are pretty easy to use. It may take some time out of time training, but I'm sure you can minimize once I am more familiar with the system.
What I noticed was some of the activities no training was given to me as good as I expected. The football game was a disappointment the game and not even raise the heart rate above the minimum. And When I compared my stats in all activities like yoga, strength training, aerobics and balance, the aerobic section stood out.
My favorite by far was the Hula Hoop game. As I tried to balance myself, keeping all the hoops in the air as it gets a little more, my heart rate rose to 172bpm. Not only was a good workout, which was very fun and enjoyable.
Maybe you can ask: "So you think that is a Nintendo Wii Fit good way to lose weight? ". Personally, I do not think the Wii Fit can really help you lose much weight, given the nature of the activities involved. Maybe one or two pounds per week. But I'm sure it will be very effective in another department of his life.
