The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) concluded that, "There was no statistically significant difference between those receiving HCG vs. placebo during any phase of this study."
Other studies reached the same conclusion: that there is no scientific evidence to support claims that HCG helps people lose weight. However, since HCG is a hormone found naturally in the body, some doctors continue to insist that works to lose weight.
In 1974 the U.S. FDA banned the use of HCG as a remedy weight loss, which is still allowed to be used as a fertility treatment. Therefore, if you live in the United States, you will find difficult to get HCG shots for weight loss. There are supposedly some clinics here in the U.S. who administer vaccines to weight loss, but finding one will be much time. These clinics are few and far between and the injection system is expensive.
If you choose to buy HCG from another country or source of black market please know that you are risking your health. I would recommend that HCG is not taken on their own to lose weight because they do not know what kind of wording that I receive. You should receive the injections only under a healthcare provider of care.
Side effects associated with HCG injections are:

* Fatigue
* Headache
* Irritability
* Fluid retention
* Water Retention
If that to ask me, I would say that absolutely must not get HCG injections to help lose weight. Playing around with hormones can have an adverse effect on your body, not mention that there is no real evidence that you will lose weight more quickly than if it fits your diet and exercise more.
I think it will do much better by following healthy eating plan that includes adding a low-impact exercise to your daily routine. The thing to remember is that weight loss begins in the head.
